365 photo challenge

I will be testing my photography skills and my intestinal fortitude in the next year with trying to take a picture that is interesting every single day, starting Jan 1, 2010. I hope you stop in and visit me to comment. :) Oh and wish me luck LOL.

These photo's remind me of something they would use in an ad. Had to share :) Leap Frog Fridge magnets and a Littlest Pet Shop. Both awesome toys!

Sometimes while just snapping away you get a picture that just makes you smile. This is one for me.

Yes it's a small publication in English in Quebec but you always remember your first time.

Guess it's time

For another update from me. I have been trying to get time to take pictures but with a houseful of sickies it hasn't been easy. I did manage to take some great ones of my SIL's family and of my new niece. She is adorable :) Enjoy the pictures. Oh and if you know of anyone in the Quebec area who is looking for a great deal send them my way. I will exchange a session and an 8X10 for models. Once I open for business for real I will charge standard session fees. That is a ways off thouugh.

As an aspiring photographer I love following and reading the blogs of other peole who share my passion. One of my favorite ones is http://thesavvyphotographer.blogspot.com . She is having a fabulous giveaway this week for a workshop workbook and I would so love to win it. :) On a side note I finally saved enough money to get a used flash and no I am trying to figure out how to use it. This could be interesting. Dh's nefew's wedding is next week and I hope I can get some great pictures.

Just me and my Family

Some pictures from today. they all came out a bit soft. I guess I can't shoot wide open. Take #2 next weekend. Hopefully earlier with more light
